Our patients have recommended the following.
Azithromycin 250mg antibiotics to prevent pneumonia and help with inflammation.
Tylenol 325mg every 4 hours for 3 days.
Gatorade 3-5 Liters per day for the first 3 days.
Zinc twice a day until the resolution of the sickness.
Vitamin C twice a day
Pepcid twice a day.
Anticoagulant Aspirin or eliquis
Prednisone 20mg for 4 days exception Diabetics.
Asthmatics: Prednisone 20mg for 4 days, Symbicort pump twice a day, and Spiriva once a day.
High Blood Pressure Patient with COVID-19: Stop your medicine for fear of low blood pressure for the first 2 days but consult with your doctor.

1 A1C every 3 months, tells you how good your sugars are
2. BLOOD pressure goal is 130/080
3. Cholesterol every 3-month LDL goal of 80
4. Eye exam every 6 month
5. Foot Exam
6. Heart evaluation either EKG or Echo
7. URINE analysis check proteins

we use a pulse oximeter that we can buy in any pharmacy or amazon. Will give a link shortly.
It will give you a sat% number and a Heart Rate Number. The Sat% should be 100% the pulse number can be any number.
If the saturation number drops to around 94% please contact your doctor.
